The P360 flat-head tower crane and C6013 horizontal jib tower crane designed and manufactured by Sichuan Construction Group have passed the appraisal of provincial products in Sichuan Province. This appraisal will be organized by our Sichuan provincial science and technology department and Sichuan provincial urban and Rural Construction Committee. The meeting was attended by experts from the Science and Technology Department of the Construction Department, Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan University, Chengdu University, testing institutions, and Huaxi Group Company, as well as the general manager, deputy general manager, the head of tower crane design and relevant functional personnel.

Chuan Jian (Group) P360 and C6013 tower cranes are certified by provincial products in Sichuan.

At the meeting, the expert group heard the design, trial-manufacture and test reports of the P360 flat-head tower crane and the C6013 horizontal arm tower crane, and examined the drawings, process information and technical documents of the two types of tower cranes. According to the expert group, the P360 and C6013 tower crane designed and manufactured by Chuan Jian Group has reached the international advanced level.

P360 flat-headed tower crane is a 330 T.M large-scale up-swing, flat-headed luffing and self-elevating tower crane designed and manufactured by the company to meet the needs of large and super-large projects in the domestic and international market. The maximum independent height of the machine is 90m, the maximum working range is 70m, the standard section size is 2.5 *2.5 *5.78m, and the mechanism is equipped with LVF series frequency conversion hoisting mechanism, which realizes completely stepless speed regulation, wide speed range and high working efficiency. Rotary mechanism adopts RVF variable frequency speed regulation system, and variable frequency speed regulation system realizes stepless speed regulation, which can make rotary operation more stable, structure simpler and maintenance more convenient. The luffing mechanism adopts DVF luffing speed regulation system, which can adjust speed in a wide range, fully improve work efficiency, simple structure and low failure rate. At present, the tower crane has been sold to Russia to participate in the construction of large buildings.

C6013 tower crane is a small and medium-sized horizontal jib tower crane designed and manufactured by market-oriented design. In view of the fact that the crane is pursuing more and more working range in engineering construction, this crane increases the arm length, effectively enlarges the operating range of the tower crane. The whole crane is light in weight and has a higher performance-price ratio in the same type of crane. The maximum lifting weight of this machine is 8t, the end lifting weight is 1.3t, the maximum working range is 60m, the standard section size is divided into 1.6m and 2m two forms, equipped with walking type, fixed type, climbing type three models. Frequency conversion stepless speed regulation system is used in the lifting, rotating, amplitude changing and walking mechanism of large tower crane in Sichuan Construction. The performance of C6013 tower cranes in the central and western regions with civil construction as the main market is particularly prominent. Sales in this region account for a large proportion of the national sales.
