Sichuan tower crane is involved in the construction of Yintai Center, another landmark high-end complex in Chengdu.

Chengdu Yintai Center is located in the north section of Tianfu Avenue in Chengdu. The project consists of five super-high-rise towers and super-large high-end commercial podiums. The main building is 56 storeys high and the building is 220 meters high. It is a collection of the top luxury hotels under Hilton's global flag, Waldorf Hotel, super-class A intelligent office building and dozens of luxury brands in the world. With a total floor area of about 740,000 square meters, Huayueju, Huayueju, a high-end hotel-style service apartment, a shopping mall, Yintai Department Store, will build a world-class city complex, Chengdu Yintai Center. Its scale and quality will be superior to that of Beijing Yintai Center. The project will be completed in December 2015.

Sichuan construction tower crane participates in the construction of Chengdu high-end complex project

In this project, Sichuan tower has two tower cranes to participate in the construction. The tower crane models are C7052 and C7050 respectively. Among them, C7052 tower crane is a large-scale up-swing and self-elevating tower crane designed and manufactured by our company independently. The maximum lifting weight is 25t, the lifting weight of the end is 5.2t, and the maximum working range is 70m. The tower body is of sheet structure, easy to assemble and disassemble. The lifting, rotating, amplitude changing, walking and jacking mechanisms adopt advanced foreign technology, and the performance is advanced and reliable. The whole machine has three types of usage: track walking type, fixed attachment type and internal climbing type. The standard section is equipped with 2 m section and 2.5 m section respectively. The maximum lifting height of the standard section with 2.5 m section is 262.61 M. The mechanism is equipped with 120 LVF63 frequency conversion drive hoisting mechanism, to achieve stepless speed regulation, mechanical transmission application of domestic mature technology, can achieve air hovering, can achieve light load high speed, heavy load low speed, greatly improve work efficiency. 25DVF25A luffing mechanism adopts frequency conversion speed regulation system which can start and stop from zero to realize soft start and stop; stepless speed regulation, vector closed-loop control, smooth operation; wide speed regulation range, improve work efficiency, simple structure, low failure rate, easy maintenance. 37RVF (Three Rotations) Rotary Frequency Conversion Speed Regulation System uses frequency conversion speed regulation system to realize stepless speed regulation, which can make the rotation run more smoothly, the structure is simpler, and the maintenance is convenient.

Another C7050 tower crane is a large-scale self-lifting tower crane designed and manufactured by our company independently. The maximum lifting weight is 20t, the end lifting weight is 5t, the maximum working range is 70m, and the maximum independent lifting height of walking type is 79.7m. The tower is a chip structure with convenient assembly and disassembly. This machine has many kinds of types, such as rail walking, fixed, attached and internal climbing. The tower crane adopts 75VF50R AC frequency conversion hoisting mechanism; X185K series trolley traction luffing mechanism, simple structure, small size, light weight, smooth transmission, good speed regulation performance, flexible operation, safe and reliable, easy maintenance; the rotary mechanism also uses 37RVF (three revolutions) frequency conversion speed regulation system.

Two tower cranes were built in Sichuan for the construction of Waldorf Hotel, a 56-storey main building in Yintai Center. Both tower cranes were fixed and attached, and the lifting height would reach more than 240m.
