August 25, hosted by the Federation of Trade Unions Infrastructure Work in Chengdu, Sichuan Construction Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. hosted the 2013 Chengdu millions of workers skills contest infrastructure systems welder secondary tournament (Group) Company held. 

A total of 13 teams participated in the tournament, the game is divided into theoretical and practical examination in two stages.
