Sichuan Construction Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. has two F0/23B tower cranes and two SC200/200W construction elevators to participate in the construction of Xia Rong Expressway Guizhou Zhina Expressway Wuzohe Bridge project.

Wuzo River Bridge is located at the junction of Zhijin County and Nayong County in Guizhou Province. It spans the Wuzo River and is 571 meters long. The construction conditions are arduous and complex. It is one of the most important and difficult control projects in the whole line. The height of pier No. 16 built by Chuan Chuan products reached 204 meters.

The two F0/23B tower cranes involved in the construction are fixed attachment type, lifting up to 240 meters, using the company's advanced frequency conversion lifting mechanism, wide speed range, high efficiency mechanism. Rotary and luffing mechanisms also adopt variable frequency stepless speed regulation system used by large tower crane of Sichuan Construction Project. The structure is simple, the operation is stable, the failure rate is low, and the maintenance is convenient.

Two SC200/200W construction elevators with motor power of 3 *11kW adopt frequency conversion control and PLC logic processing. By collecting and operating various signals for comprehensive logical analysis, the operation of construction elevator is more stable and safe. The cage size is 3 x 1.5 x 2.7m, which facilitates the transportation of larger objects. Researchers have carried out a lot of optimum design on the structure of suspension cage, standard section and wall attachment, which makes the structure more reasonable and the whole machine more safe and reliable.
