Sichuan construction machinery (Group) Limited by Share Ltd has passed through more than 60 years, and its cultural background is deep. Especially in the past ten years, enterprises have undergone tremendous changes from the surface to the inside by focusing on management, quality, team building, and the continuous implementation of lean production and 5S activities.

In order to encourage employees to recognize and explore the beauty of enterprise, labor and harmony, and to show the spirit of unity, innovation and enterprising, the trade union of the company held a "Sichuan Construction Enterprise Show" theme photography competition.

A total of 230 photographs were received in this competition. Employees with their own unique aesthetic perspective and composition thinking, using the lens to capture the moments of moving, set the natural aesthetic, recorded a vivid moment. Although some of the entries need to be improved in terms of photographic skills, lighting, composition and quality, the passion and vitality in the picture, the love and praise for work and life are sincere and enthusiastic. After careful selection by the judges of the competition, 50 excellent works and some of the judges'works are on display for viewing.
