This year, after market research, the company initiated the development of C8039 horizontal jib tower crane in response to customer requirements and construction needs. After design, discussion, demonstration and trial production, the prototype passed the type test of the authoritative national security agency in mid-October.

C8039 tower crane rated lifting torque 460t.m, arm length 80m, can be combined. The maximum lifting weight is 25t, with 2M and 2.5m standard sections. The independent height of the tower crane is 77.56m for fixed type and 78.83m for walking type. The maximum mounting height can reach 360m by means of attachment.

C8039 tower crane adopts modular and universal design, which effectively shortens the development cycle and reduces the production cost. The lifting performance of the whole machine is excellent. The four mechanisms of lifting, amplitude changing, rotating and walking adopt variable frequency stepless speed regulation technology, which can reduce noise, save energy and is economical and practical. The electric components adopt European standards; the important steel structures adopt high quality welded structural steel and use robot to process.

The successful R&D of C8039 enriches the SCM80m arm long tower crane series, meets the special requirements of customers for the working range, and enhances the working coverage of the tower crane.

Because of its large lifting weight and high working efficiency, it has a wide range of applications, especially in large nuclear power plants and large-scale engineering construction.
