The M1200 (64t) large tower crane developed by Sichuan Construction (Group) Company passed the national type test in mid-August.

M1200 (64t) tower crane is designed and manufactured by Sichuan Construction Company to meet the market demand. It is an upgrade version of M1200 (50t) tower crane which is popular in large-scale hydropower and high-rise construction. The tower crane arm length is 80m, the maximum lifting weight is 64 tons, its attachment type is 361.9 meters, fixed independent height is 90.24 meters, walking type height is 92.58 meters. It is easy to transport and install with 4m section section standard section. The lifting mechanism adopts a new 272LVF160 lifting frequency conversion mechanism for the first time, and the swirl speed limiter is used for the rotation control. The design of hook, boom, trolley and other parts has been improved.
