The Xifeng-Qianxi expressway is an important part of the "Three Horizons" expressway network in Guizhou Province. The construction of the project is of great significance to the perfection of the expressway network in Guizhou, the acceleration of the construction of the economic zone in central Guizhou and the construction of the expressway ring in the core area of the economic zone in central Guizhou.

The Liuguang River Bridge of Xiqian Expressway is a cable-stayed bridge with a total length of 1280 meters and a main span of 580 meters.

The Liuguanghe Bridge is the most important and difficult control project of the whole expressway. The height of the piers on both sides is 242 meters. The lifting machinery of each pier is equipped with two C7030 tower cranes and two SC200/200WPZ medium-speed frequency conversion ladders.

The C7030 tower crane undertakes the main construction hoisting operation. The maximum lifting weight is 16 tons. The lifting heights of the two tower cranes are 273 meters and 256 meters respectively. The working ranges are 70 meters and 50 meters respectively. The overlay is large. The section of the tower body is 2.5 meters. The lifting mechanism adopts double braking, which increases the safety and reliability of hoisting operation. The large capacity hoisting drum, which was first created and obtained the national utility model patent, solves the multi-layer winding problem of hoisting wire rope, and makes the super-long wire rope of super-high tower crane run smoothly.

The two construction elevators used for carrying persons and lifting objects are equipped with 248 meters height, 3 *15kW three-motor drive, rated lifting speed of 0-55 m/min, and the cable type is sliding contact, which solves the problem of cable deadweight load of the super-high construction elevator.

The effective arrangement of tower crane and construction elevator has greatly improved the working efficiency of construction work, and laid a foundation for the construction of Liuguang River Bridge to be completed on schedule and the opening of Xiqian Expressway to traffic as soon as possible.
