On August 5, 2016, the 6th General Meeting of the company was held solemnly, and the representatives of internal shareholders and external corporate shareholders participated in the meeting.

The meeting examined and approved the three-year work report of the Fifth Board of directors and the three-year work report of the Fifth Board of supervisors. Lead all the staff to practice hard, enhance the core competitiveness of the (group) company, with a sound business strategy to ensure the (group) company's good business conditions. Finally, the sixth board of directors and the six supervisory board of the group were elected. The sixth board of directors unanimously elected Comrade Wang Baotian as the sixth chairman of the board of directors. At the meeting, it was unanimously agreed to appoint Gao Gao as the general manager of the company.
