Kaidal International Plaza (ITC) project is the first TOD transportation hub complex in China. It is located in the eastern part of Guangzhou and has a total floor area of 350,000 square meters. It is listed as a key government project of Guangdong, Guangzhou and Zengcheng. The project covers seven major rail transit and integrated bus network, including national high-speed railway (Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Guangzhou-Shantou, Beijing-Ninth), intercity rail (Guangguan-Shenzhen and Guangguan-Shenzhen Intercity Pazhou Branch Line), urban subway (Guangzhou Metro Line 13, Line 16). After the completion of the project, it will effectively connect Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, Eastern Guangdong and Eastern China, covering the entire Pearl River Delta region, and become the real "East Gate of Guangzhou" and "East Transportation Hub of Guangzhou".
